Along with a lot of love and passion for preparing a great sauce… we use the freshest ingredients available based upon the season and we grow our own herbs for the sauce.Our recipes have been developed over time and scrupulous study thanks to relationships with authentic Italians still familiar with the old Country. How Fresh are Secondi-Gourmet Sauces When they Arrive?
Our sauces are made nearly weekly (or as often as demand warrants) in a commercially-approved kitchen and shipped from our distribution center in Indianapolis usually within 1-3 business-days from receipt of your order.

Does Secondi-Gourmet offer Discounts on Large Orders of the Secondi-Gourmet Gift Package?
Absolutely! Use the -contact us- page to request special pricing, be sure to tell us how many packages you plan to order.

What is the Ordering Process?
You may place your order online. An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox alerting you that we have received your order. Secondi-Gourmet representatives will package your order and ship it, usually within 1-3 business days. Once the package leaves the distribution center a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with tracking number enclosed.

What Shipping Method & How Long until Arrival?
Secondi-Gourmet will survey carriers for the best shipping rates... your package may be delivered by UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS. Normally, packages arrive within 3-5 business days. A rush option is available for an additional fee.

Does Secondi-Gourmet offer a Wholesale Discount?
Yes! We love to have our sauces sold in specialty shops and restaurants! Non-profits wanting to do door-to-door fund-raising with Secondi-Gourmet is also encouraged. To request more information on wholesale discounts, use the -contact us- form.

Who is Secondi-Gourmet?
Brett & Sheila Healey, Indianapolis residents, are the people behind the brand. We've been passionate about food for many years. Brett began working in a family restaurant at age 12. He had a foods teacher in high school that believed dearly in his ability to work magic in the kitchen. She managed to get Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts School very interested in Brett, and they offered a near-full scholarship. Brett took another path, but remained very passionate about food. At age 18 Brett was the youngest general manager of Shoney's Restaurants. He went on to manage several other restaurants. Brett & Sheila operated a catering firm in Indy for a few years. Events were often for several hundred guests and included fountains and ice sculptures. At this point in our lives, it's time to share some of our great sauces with as many homes in America that will take interest in what we're doing! If they love really fresh, really tasty authentic Italian sauces and old-school Italian gravy, they'll love Secondi-Gourmet!
